I am a holistic guide, ceremonialist, and pattern-reader devoted to helping people untie knots — in the body, in the lineage, and in their creative or life path — so they can step into their next chapter with fierce clarity and the capacity to hold the juicy goodness life has to offer.

Some knots show up in the body as stagnation, inflammation, hormonal chaos, or exhaustion.

Others show up in the soul as repeating patterns, emotional blocks, or ancestral stories that aren’t yours.

And some knots appear in your creative identity — confusion around your purpose, your expression, your offerings, your path.

My work meets all three.

I help people clear the physical and ancestral blocks while also helping them create, express, and step into the work they’re here to do.

This includes business clarity, brand alchemy, creative direction, and the deep inner work needed to embody the next version of yourself.

I fill in the gaps most practitioners miss, bridging modalities no one has yet: the lymph meets the lineage, the lineage meets the identity, the identity meets the creative calling. That’s the alchemy.

My Story

My path began through a decade-long healing journey with mysterious autoimmune issues: full-body eczema, hormonal disruption, debilitating cycles, insomnia, depression, and chronic inflammation.

Everything that felt impossible to heal eventually became the basis for how I support others. It wasn’t until my first Family Constellations session, just shy of my 30th birthday where everything unlocked and fell into place.

I rebuilt my health and my life through: family constellations, lymphatic + fascia bodywork, detox pathway + mineral intelligence, womb healing, ceremonial cacao & prayer, daily devotion, creative clarity and rebuilding my entire identity & business.

Now I help others unravel what’s been stuck, reclaim their vitality, and clarify the work they’re truly here to do — whether that’s healing, creating, launching, or shifting into their next evolution.

This is the heart of SashaMama:
an alchemical approach that treats your body as the doorway, your lineage as the root system, and your creative expression as the unfolding.

The SashaMama Philosophy: True wellness is radical. It begins with radical acceptance of what has been, radical responsibility for what is, and devotion to the daily disciplines that shape who you’re becoming. Your body is the first altar. Your lineage is the curriculum. Your creative expression is the prayer.

When the body opens, the heart softens.

When the lineage untangles, the future shifts.

When the knots release, the next chapter becomes obvious.

And when opening feels impossible —

that’s where we begin.

Training and LINEAGE

For over a decade, I have trained across multiple disciplines in bodywork, energy work, movement, ancestral healing, and shamanic traditions. My path continues through ongoing study with respected teachers and lineages, including Grandmother Kaariina Saarinen, Maestro Manuel Rufino, and Nana Marina.

I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher, a Kambo facilitator through Kambo International, with additional advanced study under traditional Kambo keepers. I am currently completing my third and fourth Vision Quests through the Intertribal Altar of Initiatic Traditions. Upon completion, I will receive the Chanupa — the Sacred Prayer Pipe. I’m currently initiated in serving cacao and rapé - a ceremonial tobacco/herbal snuff. Unless I have been given permission by an elder, I will not serve or hold space for it.

More certifications and forever ongoing training includes Family Constellations with Marina Toledo, founder of the Hellinger Institute, who trained directly with Bert Hellinger. As well as advanced lymphatic and vagus nerve education with Dr. Perry Nickelston. I am currently expanding my studies into Traditional Chinese Medicine and becoming a certified Mineral Balancing Coach.

Welcome home.

I’m Sasha. Sashamama comes from “Sachamama,” the Mother of the Forest — a protective earth serpent in Amazonian tradition. It also reflects the Mama Bear role I naturally hold in my work. And let me not forget the journey of mothering all the wounded parts of me. After a decade immersed in jungle medicines, that protective, earth-rooted wisdom now lives in my body and shapes how I guide others.
